Ficus leptogramma is the small tree with dark blotches on the trunk in the middle of the photo in logged forest at Tongod  (Kinabatangan district), Sabah, 300m asl. All photos are by Linus Gokusing and are of one individual tree.

Ficus leptogramma. note that the leaves are in a flat plane (distichous) which is an important distinction from Ficus virescens where the leaves grow in whorled clumps at the ends of the branches.
Ficus leptogramma figs have no distinct longitudinal ridges around the fig unlike Ficus virescens.
