All photos  are by Linus Gokusing of the same individual tree  collected from the roadside of the Kota Kinabalu-Tambunan road that crosses the Crocker Range. Altitude approx 800m asl.

The forests at the hihger  levels of the Crocker Range  host some of the most diverse plant life in the world including approximately 80 species of figs within a relatively small area. Here botanist Linus Gokusing photographs several different species of figs growing in the same location.
