Ficus tarennifolia photographed  in the forest at Kinabalu Park HQ in July 2004 by Jean-Yves Rasplus.

Kinabalu photographed from the Kiau Gap viewpoint  half-way along the road between Kinabalu Park HQ and the Timpohon Gate at the start of the climb to the summit. The surrounding forest is extremely rich in endemic Borneo figs.
