Ficus subulata: Bukit Sarang Sarawak

ABOVE: A Brown Banded Ringlet  Ragadia makata butterfly feeding on Ficus subulata figs  in the freshwater swamp forest surrounding Bukit Sarang  a limestone hill  containing nesting swiftlets,  inland of Bintulu, Central Sarawak.

This Puff-backed Bulbul Pycnonotus eutilotus was also feeding on the figs tearing them off their stalks and swallowing the figs whole. 
These two butterflies were feeding on the torn fruit bits st the end of the empty stalks.
