Ficus subcordata growing on the outskirts of Kampung Sukau, Kinabatangan river, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo.

Ficus subcordata is closely related to both Ficus benjamina (small leaf)  and Ficus stricta (medium size leaf). F. subcordata has the largest leaf of all three fig species, at least twice the size of Ficus benjamina and 50% larger than Ficus stricta.
