Ficus deltoidea var motleyana, Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan

Ficus deltoidea var motleyana growing in degraded  poor soil kerangas forest at the Subut Centre, Rungan Sari, Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan.

Note: F. deltoidea var motleya is  very variable both in the shape of the figs and also the leaf  structure. Ficus deltoidea normally has black glands on the rear of the leaf surface, however they are absent from the leaves in the photographs. However the absence of side veins  (secondary veins)  indicates Ficus deltoidea rather than Ficus oleifolia.
