A fruiting Ficus pendens growing up a steel utility pole at the summit of Bukit TV , Andrassy Forest Reserve, Tawau Hills, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo.
This hill top site hosts a TV transmission station and is accessible by road about an hours drive from Tawau Town.
Growing on the other side of the road opposite this fig on 5th August 2023 was a fruiting Ficus copiosa fig, the first record for Borneo.
