Ficus beccarii is distinguished by (1) A symmetrical leaf base and (2) A long drip tip to the leaf. The leaves are usually long and narrow but some individuals have wider than normal leaves as in this example. Corner described this variety as var laitifolia. Both narrow and wide varieties grow in the same area.
