Ficus subcordata figs attract 4 hornbill species at INIKEA

A young male Helmeted Hornbill that has just left the nest waiting to be fed by his mother nearby.

These photos were taken next to a fruiting Ficus subcordata  fig tree at the INIKEA forest rehabilitation project near Tawau in Sabah in mid-December 2021.
