Ficus superba  has never yet been found on mainland Borneo  but is locally common on islands in the South China Sea and Java Sea.

The Ficus superba  individuals in the photos below were photographed on the Sembilan islands in the Java Sea  between South Kalimantan and the north coast of Java.
