Beluran Safari is a new mammal watching destination based in central Sabah 90 minutes drive from Sandakan.
Ficus treubii is a common small fig tree of the understorey of primary forest which produces hanging strings of small grey figs from the branches.
Many thanks to Jon Hall of Mammalwatching.com for the civet photo and Shavez Cheema of 1StopBorneo wildlife for information and assistance.
