A strangling fig cutting with yellow latex from Bukit TV, Tawau, next to Tawau Hills Park.
This fig is currently believed to be Ficus pallescens but this can only be confirmed when it next fruits.
Most figs in Borneo produce white or creamy white latex when the bark is damaged.
Only a few are known to produce bright yellow sap or latex. Note that Ficus magnoliifolia has white latex but yellow sap as is clearly shown in the photos.
